Howard Geneslaw

Director, Real Property & Environmental Law at Gibbons P.C.

Howard Geneslaw has extensive work experience in the field of real property and environmental law. Howard worked as an Associate at Pitney, Hardin, Kipp & Szuch in 1993, and as a Law Clerk at Plunkett & Jaffee in 1992. From 1989 to 1991, they also worked as a Planner at Stuart Turner & Associates. However, their longest tenure was at Gibbons P.C., where they started as an Associate in 1994 and later became the Director of Real Property & Environmental Law. At Gibbons P.C., they specialized in land development, redevelopment, zoning, and land use planning. Howard represented clients on various permit applications and provided counseling on municipal law and redevelopment issues.

Howard Geneslaw attended Pascack Hills High School in Montvale, NJ from 1981 to 1985. Howard then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis from 1985 to 1989. Following their undergraduate studies, Howard enrolled in Rutgers University from 1990 to 1995 and obtained a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning. In the years 1992 to 1994, they also attended Columbia Law School and earned a Juris Doctor degree.
