Eric Gibbs

Eric Gibbs is a founding partner at Gibbs Law Group LLP and Girard Gibbs LLP, with extensive experience in litigation and advocacy for plaintiffs. Since June 2014, Eric has played a pivotal role in significant cases, including leading negotiations in the In re Chase Bank “Check Loan” Contract Litigation, which resulted in a $100 million settlement. With a law degree from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University, Eric has dedicated over two decades to representing clients in various areas including consumer protection, whistleblower cases, employment disputes, and personal injury claims, consistently achieving substantial recoveries for clients.
