Manali Shukla has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Manali is currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at GibbsCAM since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at 3D Systems as a QA Engineer from March 2012 to September 2020, where they were responsible for testing and ensuring the functionality, usability, performance, workflow, and robustness of mechanical CAD applications. Manali also worked at the University of Texas at Dallas as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant from January 2011 to June 2011 and May 2010 to December 2010, respectively. In these roles, they designed and implemented lessons, assessed student progress, and conducted research on heat transfer enhancement. Before that, Manali worked at the Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute as a Project Assistant in the Computer Simulation and Process Modeling Group from February 2008 to November 2009, where they developed simulation models and optimized roll speed for different frictional conditions. Manali also worked at TACO Hendrickson Suspensions Pvt. Ltd as an Engineering Executive from September 2006 to December 2007, where they performed 3-D modeling, FEA analysis, and created drawings using SolidWorks. Manali started their career as an intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited from August 2005 to February 2006, where they conducted stress and deflection analysis of a horseshoe plate in a hydro generator. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in quality assurance, teaching, research, simulation modeling, and engineering design.

Manali Shukla completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Institute of Technology (UIT), Barkatullah University - Bhopal, from the years 2002 to 2006. Manali later pursued a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) between 2010 and 2011.
