Paolo Grassi

Paolo Grassi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international business transactions, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. Currently a Partner at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP since December 2015, Grassi represents a diverse clientele, including corporate clients and start-ups, in cross-border ventures and M&A. In addition, Grassi serves on the Business Advisory Council for StemSave, Inc. and previously held roles such as Non Executive Director at virtual i, interim COO and General Counsel at Stonybrook Capital, and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at AIG, where oversight of international regulatory affairs was a key responsibility. Grassi's career began at White & Case and Riva & Felder, and education includes an LLM from Fordham University School of Law and a JD from the University of Bern.
