William T. Bosway

William T. Bosway is the current CEO of Gibraltar Industries. William has previously served as the President and CEO of Dover Corporation's Refrigeration and Food Processing division, and as Group Vice President of Solutions & Technology for Emerson.

Bosway began their career in 1990 with Emerson, where they rose through the ranks to become Group Vice President of Solutions & Technology. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's technology and engineering efforts to provide solutions for customers in industrial, commercial, and consumer markets around the world.

In 2016, Bosway left Emerson to join Dover Corporation as President and CEO of its Refrigeration and Food Processing division. In this role, they oversaw the company's diversified portfolio of equipment and components, consumable supplies, aftermarket parts, software and digital solutions, and support services for the food processing industry.

In 2018, Bosway left Dover Corporation to join Cooler Screens Inc. as CEO. Cooler Screens Inc. is a leading provider of cooling solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Bosway has a long history of leadership and success in the technology and engineering industries. William is a proven leader with a track record of driving growth and innovation at companies they have led. Under their guidance, Cooler Screens Inc. is well-positioned to continue its growth and success in the years to come.

William T. Bosway received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and a Master of Science in Industrial Marketing & Strategy from Purdue University Krannert School of Management.
