Maurizio Trevisanut has extensive experience in managed services operations, currently serving as the Director of Managed Services Operations at Gibraltar Solutions Inc. since June 2008. With a strong background in developing ITIL-based processes, Maurizio oversees monthly operation reviews, manages customer relationships, and updates managed services contracts. Previous roles include Managed Services Operations Manager and Managed Services Delivery Manager, as well as Technical Consultant, where Maurizio provided post-migration support and led major projects for financial institutions. Maurizio's early career includes serving as a Systems Administrator at TD, managing a team during a significant Windows 7 update project, and as a Helpdesk Support Technician at Husky Injection Molding Systems. Educationally, Maurizio holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University.
