Brandi Pepper

Brandi Pepper has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Brandi began their career at Chase as an HE Legal Review Analyst in 1995 and continued in that role until 2002. Following this, they joined Hope Credit Union as a Commercial Loan Specialist from 2002 to 2004. Brandi then worked at Title West as a Closing Specialist from 2004 to 2006. Brandi further expanded their expertise at Trustmark Bank as a Mortgage Loan Processor from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they transitioned to the Ruston Police Department, where they served as a Communications Police Officer until 2013. From 2013 to 2021, they held various positions at Century Next Bank, including Lender Loan Assistant, Commercial Loan Processor, TRID, and Human Resources Assistant. Brandi joined Louisiana National Bank in 2021 as an Assistant Vice President of Loan Administration, and later that year, they moved on to Gibsland Bank & Trust, where they currently hold the role of AVP-Loan Portfolio Manager of Claiborne/Webster Markets.

Brandi Pepper has a diverse education history. In 1991, they graduated from West Monroe High School with a High School Diploma in General Studies. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Louisiana Delta Community College-Monroe Campus, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In 2019 and 2020, Brandi pursued certifications in Human Resources Management and Services as well as Credit Risk Management from Saylor Academy. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications such as the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HRCI, the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) from Saylor Academy, and the Human Resource Clerk/Representative from eLearningIndustry.
