Matthew Ertel

Matthew Ertel is the Co-Owner of a farm-to-table, German themed restaurant and event center. Matthew has experience as the Chief Financial Officer at Gibson Area Hospital & Health Services and previously served as the Gibson Cares Coordinator. Matthew also worked as a Work Camper at Red Bird Mission, where Matthew was involved in construction projects. In addition, Matthew was a Peer Tutor for the K201 Business Technology Course, helping students learn Microsoft Access and Excel. Matthew holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
