Aaron Briggs

Aaron Briggs is a partner and of counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in San Francisco, CA, specializing in securities regulation and corporate governance. With extensive experience in the legal field, Aaron has previously served as Executive Counsel for Corporate, Securities & Finance at GE, where responsibilities included managing global securities law compliance, overseeing corporate governance, and advising on executive compensation issues.
