Branden Berns

Branden Berns is a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in San Francisco, focusing on corporate transactions and representing prominent life sciences companies and investors since February 2015. Previously, Branden worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2012 to February 2015, specializing in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Branden's earlier legal experience includes roles as a legal extern at the Securities and Exchange Commission and a summer associate at Davis Polk, as well as a legal intern at the Federal Trade Commission's Northeast Regional Office. Branden began academic training at Columbia Law School, earning a Juris Doctor degree in 2012, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, completed in 2008.
