Joshua Lipshutz

Joshua Lipshutz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both law and finance. Currently serving as a Partner and COO at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since August 2011, Joshua previously held positions as a Litigation Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP from July 2009 to August 2011 and as a Principal at Silver Lake Partners from July 2007 to April 2009. Joshua began his legal career as a Law Clerk for Justice Scalia at the United States Supreme Court from July 2006 to July 2007 and also served as a Law Clerk for Hon. Alex Kozinski at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from July 2005 to July 2006. Prior to transitioning into law, Joshua worked as an Analyst and Associate at Goldman Sachs from July 1999 to May 2002. Joshua earned a JD from Stanford University and a BS in Finance from The Wharton School.
