Markus Rieder

Markus Rieder is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and disputes. Currently a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since November 2019, Markus previously held the same position at Latham & Watkins from June 2013 to November 2019, and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 2002 to 2013. Prior to his law firm roles, Markus served as Inhouse Counsel at BMW Group from 1999 to 2001, focusing on corporate matters and product liability. Markus holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Michigan and a Staatsexamen in law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
