Stuart joined Gibson Kerr in October 2014 and is a solicitor in the Personal Law department. Stuart advises on all aspects of wills, powers of attorney, adults with incapacity and executry estate work and also has experience in commercial property. He is also a notary public.
Stuart is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners having obtained his STEP Diploma for Scotland (Trusts and Estates) with distinction. The course consisted of four modules covering different aspects of trusts and estates practice and Stuart was awarded the highest mark in Scotland for the Trust and Executry Accounting exam.
