Thomas Olney

Thomas Olney is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as a Senior LPG Broker at E.A. Gibson Shipbrokers Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at FGE from February 2015 to August 2022, including Director of the Global NGLs Business, where management of the Natural Gas Liquids business across Singapore, London, and Dubai was a key responsibility. Thomas also served as Global Head of NGLs and contributed as a Consultant focusing on project work in the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. Earlier experience includes an Analyst role in Portfolio Management and Equity Research at Kleinwort Benson and positions in translation and analysis. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Imperial College London and a BA Joint Honours in Hispanic Studies and History from the University of Nottingham.
