Ian Montero serves as a Real Estate Agent and Assistant to the President at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, contributing to one of the top high-end luxury residential teams in Massachusetts since March 2020. In addition, Ian holds the position of Chairman at Three3Dyou, a college startup focused on 3D printing and manufacturing commercial and residential furniture since March 2023. As a Product Consultant for Bee’s Knees Wellness since June 2022, Ian provides sales consulting services. Previous experience includes serving as an Independent Affiliate for Hemped Park City from January to June 2022 and completing an organization management project at Gilmartin Magence LLP in late 2020. Ian is currently pursuing an education at Merrimack College, with an expected graduation date of May 2026, following the completion of high school at Natick High School in 2022.
