Michelle Pelletier has extensive experience in operations and marketing, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty since June 2014. Michelle has successfully managed multiple marketing programs for nearly 200 sales professionals and is skilled in creating and optimizing marketing materials across print and digital formats. Prior roles at Gibson Sotheby's included Director of Operations, Director of Projects and Administration, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Coordinator/Copywriter. Previous to this, Michelle contributed as a Volleyball Coach at Beantown Volleyball Club and Pope John XXIII High School, where coaching focused on technique and individual growth. Additionally, Michelle gained experience in public relations at Italian Home for Children, contributing to a successful social media campaign. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Bridgewater State University.
