George Tarrant III

George Tarrant III has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. George began their career as a Network Engineer at Summit Executive Suites in 2003, where they managed the ISP division and provided internet services to numerous companies. Later that year, they joined IDM Student Loan Corporation as a Network Engineer, overseeing network operations and software development for the start-up student loan consolidation company.

In 2003, George co-founded Business Financial Solutions, Inc. (DBA. Academic Financial Services) and served as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they were responsible for all technology-related operations, including software development, network engineering, and telecommunications. George managed a team of programmers and engineers to ensure smooth operations.

From 2006 to 2010, George worked at American Directions Group, starting as an IT Specialist and later progressing to the role of Applications Developer. George eventually became the Programming Manager, where they handled hiring, training, and management of programming and support staff. Their responsibilities included programming projects, monitoring metrics, and implementing departmental procedures.

In 2015, George joined West Networks LLC as a Senior Software Developer, contributing to software development projects until 2019. George then moved to Gibson Brands, Inc., where they held the position of Lead Developer. George supported the successful implementation of D365FO+Commerce using various programming languages and technologies. In July 2022, they were promoted to Senior Lead Developer at Gibson Brands, Inc., where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Throughout their career, George has demonstrated a strong background in software development, network engineering, and team management.

George Tarrant III obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from Dunnellon High School in 1995. In 1998, they received a Certification in General Office Clerk from MCATE. George further pursued their education at ITT Technical Institute from 2000 to 2003, earning an Associate Degree A/S in Major Software Applications and Programming.
