Keith Tay

Keith Tay is an experienced security architect with a strong background in offensive and defensive cybersecurity. Currently, Keith serves as a Security Architect at Standard Chartered Bank and leads Cyber Threat Exposure and Vulnerability Management at GIC. With prior roles including Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic and various positions focusing on cybersecurity at GovTech Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Keith has a proven record in enterprise security, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
