Sharon Toh

Sharon Toh has extensive work experience in data engineering, data management, and data architecture roles. Sharon most recently worked at GIC as a Senior Vice President in the Investment Data Engineering, Data Strategy Group. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Vice President in Enterprise Data Management and Data Solutions, a Senior Vice President and Data Architect for Digital Transformation Master Program, and a Vice President Team Lead for Enterprise Data Warehouse at GIC. Sharon also worked as a Team Lead in Platform Architect and Project Manager for Data Integration Center of Excellence, as well as a Team Lead in Data Architect and Project Manager for Reference and Master Data Management. Before joining GIC, Sharon Toh worked at Singtel as a System Analyst in Billing Configuration.

Sharon Toh received a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering) from the National University of Singapore from 1998 to 2002. Sharon attended Temasek Junior College from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Further Mathematics, Mathematics C, Physics, and Chemistry. Prior to that, Sharon attended Cedar Girls' Secondary School from 1992 to 1995, where they studied a range of subjects including Additional Mathematics, Elementary Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, and History. Sharon completed their primary education at Yio Chu Kang Primary School from 1986 to 1991.

In terms of certifications, Sharon obtained the following: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, ITIL 4 in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM) from the Singapore Computer Society, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2018.
