Ali Haidar

Ali Haidar is a seasoned professional in real estate asset management and portfolio management, currently serving as SVP at GIC since March 2023. Previously, Ali held several key roles at EY from January 2014 to March 2023, including Senior Director of Corporate Finance for Real Estate Financial Services, where Ali expanded the practice in South Florida and collaborated with private equity firms and institutional investors on portfolio management and digital transformation. Ali's experience also encompasses roles in strategy and transactions, CMBS due diligence, and real estate underwriting. Prior to EY, Ali was a Senior Consultant at Tanween Real Estate and a Business Development Manager at Sotheby's International Realty, instrumental in expanding operations into multiple countries. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Tourism Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
