Anirban Ray

Anirban Ray has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Anirban currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at GIC since June 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Vice President at GIC from October 2020 to May 2023. Before joining GIC, Anirban worked at Tata AIA Life Insurance as an Equity Fund Manager from March 2018 to September 2020, and as an Equity Research Analyst from June 2009 to March 2018. Anirban also had a brief internship at AIG in April 2008. Anirban's initial work experience began at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer from January 2006 to June 2007.

Anirban Ray pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Nagpur University from 2001 to 2005. Anirban later completed their MBA (PGDM) in Finance and Strategy from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon between 2007 and 2009.
