Dominic Soon

Dominic Soon serves as a Senior Vice President at GIC since October 2013, focusing on private equity investments in technology companies. In addition to this role, Dominic is an active investor at Nansen, Co-Founder of better.sg, and serves on the Investment Committee at SGInnovate. Previous experience includes heading strategic planning at the Ministry of Finance and serving as a Senior Economist at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore. Early career highlights include a short-term consultancy with the World Bank and a web editing position at Analysys Mason. Dominic's educational background includes an EMBA from Tsinghua University and advanced degrees in Economics from Yale University and the University of Cambridge.
