Janelle Lee

Janelle Lee is a financial services tax advisory and compliance professional with extensive experience in the asset management, banking, and capital markets industries. Currently serving as AVP - Investment Tax for GIC since September 2023, Janelle previously held the position of AVP - Business and International Tax at DBS Bank from February 2022 to September 2023. Janelle's background includes significant roles at PwC Singapore, where responsibilities encompassed fund structuring for private equity and hedge funds, tax rulings for real estate investment trusts, buy-side tax due diligence, and corporate income tax filings. Janelle holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honors) in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and participated in a student exchange program at National Taiwan University. Academic qualifications also include GCE A Level with subjects in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics from Meridian Junior College.
