John Tang

John Tang serves as Managing Director of the Global Leadership Group at GIC since 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing global investments, managing strategy and risk for private equity and infrastructure projects, and co-chairing the Technology Business Group. Additionally, John holds numerous board and committee positions, including membership in the Finance and Investment Committee at JTC Corporation, the Investment Committee for the NTU Endowment at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and board member roles at CDH Investments and Trade Me. John has a rich history in the industry, having served on various limited partner advisory committees, and possesses an educational background that includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Executive Program from Stanford University.
