Jonathan Tiong

Jonathan Tiong is an Associate at GIC in the Talent & Organization Strategies, Human Resource & Organization Department since April 2021, focusing on employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Key responsibilities include the ownership of the Flexible Work Arrangements Policy, management of the GIC Enable Programme, and leading communications for the CFA DEI Code. Jonathan's experience also encompasses alumni engagement, project management for various internal initiatives, and applying for HR awards. Previously, Jonathan served as an Associate in Employee Communications, overseeing the intranet and managing relationships with key departments and vendors. A former GIC intern, Jonathan contributed to multiple projects across different divisions, including enhancing the careers section of the corporate website and introducing the Goalball Challenge for community service. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Communications & New Media from NUS and a Diploma in Psychology Studies from Temasek Polytechnic.
