Julian Lim

Julian Lim is a Managing Director at GIC, with experience in enterprise sourcing, procurement, workplace management, sustainability, and corporate business continuity management. Starting with GIC in August 2005, Julian has held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Vice President roles focusing on workplace sustainability, wellness, and digital solutions, where innovative initiatives like GIC's first workplace experience mobile app were implemented. Julian also contributed to process management as the Enterprise Change Manager and promoted Lean Six Sigma principles as the Innovation Quality Champion within the Investment Operations Department. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Corporate Actions Manager at GIC, and as an Assistant Manager and Business Analyst in the CRM team at OCBC Bank. Julian holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, earned between 1997 and 2001.
