Pearl Lim

Pearl Lim has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Pearl currently holds the role of Vice President, Global Graduate Recruitment and Programmes at GIC. Previously, they worked at Visa as the Asia Pacific Campus Programs Lead, where they oversaw campus recruitment initiatives. Before that, they served as a Graduate Recruiter at Deutsche Bank and GovTech Singapore, where they planned and executed recruitment activities for internship and graduate programs. Pearl also has experience in performance consulting, as they were an Associate Performance Consultant at HRnet One. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University.

Pearl Lim received their Bachelor of Business Management degree from Singapore Management University, specializing in Marketing and Strategic Management. In 2020, they obtained a certification in HR Management and Analytics from Wharton Executive Education.
