Peter Shen

Peter Shen 沈之力 currently serves as the Deputy Head of Investment Services Digital & Data for Private Markets at GIC, a position held since January 2024, and also holds the title of Senior Vice President in the same domain. Prior to this, Peter was the Head of Innovation and Market Data at Eastspring Investments from April 2022 to January 2024, overseeing innovation practices and automation programs. Peter's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at SGX, where roles included Head of Digital Services for Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, and Head of Technology Strategy and Transformation, contributing to the alignment of technology strategy with business goals. Peter's early career included a position as Staff Software Engineer at IBM from July 2004 to February 2010. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2004.
