Ruibin Chen

Ruibin Chen is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director in Real Estate at GIC since September 2019, Ruibin has previously held positions as Managing Director and Head of China Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure at UBS from October 2015 to September 2019, and as Managing Director at BNP Paribas Hong Kong from June 2010 to June 2015. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Deutsche Bank Hong Kong and an Associate position at GE. Ruibin's academic credentials include a Doctorate of Professional Advanced Studies in Finance from the University of Geneva, an MBA from Duke University, and a degree in Construction Management from Tongji University. Additionally, Ruibin has been a Board Member of the Fuqua Business School East Asia Advisory Board at Duke University since September 2018.
