Travis Ni

Travis Ni has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Equities Trading Americas at GIC since April 2018. Prior to this role, Travis held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on Electronic Trading from November 2015 to April 2018. Travis began a career in quantitative finance as a Quantitative Trading Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets from June 2013 to November 2015, where work involved algorithmic mortgage pricing and multi-asset quantitative analysis. An early career internship at State Farm Insurance took place from May 2011 to May 2012. Academically, Travis earned a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree with a triple major in Applied Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics, along with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
