Varun Punganur

Varun Punganur is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development, data engineering, and project management. Currently serving as Vice President and Lead Solutions Architect at GIC since July 2017, Varun leads the design and engineering of a Private Markets Data Platform that supports a variety of asset classes including Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure investments. Prior to this role, Varun held positions at notable firms such as Mandara, Palantir, and Sabre Airline Solutions, where skills in full stack development, agile methodologies, and collaboration with business stakeholders were developed. Varun holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from PESIT.
