Michael started their career in the German Federal Armed Forces, where they held various leadership roles and was involved in training, development, and coordination. After leaving the military, they joined gicom GmbH as a Personalreferent, focusing on talent management and leadership development. Michael then moved to BWI GmbH as an Employer Branding Manager, responsible for corporate marketing, staffing, and metrics. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources & Administration at gicom, where they lead a team and provides guidance to executives and employees in all HR-related matters. Michael is also involved in employer brand management, digitalizing HR processes, and conducting trainings and workshops on topics like active sourcing and employer brand management.
