Craig Rooney

Craig A. Rooney is Senior Vice President of the California Division for Windsor Property Management. He directs all aspects of residential operations in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Orange County markets. Mr. Rooney is a Certified Property Manager and currently serves on the California Apartment Associations Board of Directors for Orange County.

Prior to joining GID and Windsor in 2010, Mr. Rooney was the Executive Vice President for Riverstone Residential in Southern California supervising a 16,000 unit portfolio. Mr. Rooney’s background also includes experience with Western National Group, Irvine Apartment Communities, and Lincoln Property Company. Mr. Rooney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
