Joshua N. Grossman

Joshua Grossman is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in investment management and development. Currently serving as SVP and Portfolio Manager for the GID Mainstay Fund since April 2021, Joshua oversees fund activities. Previously, as Managing Director at LEM Capital from April 2012 to April 2021, Joshua was responsible for sourcing and underwriting potential investments while collaborating with the asset management team on value-add plans. Experience also includes roles at Brookfield Properties, AREA Property Partners, Forest City International, and Value Retail, focusing on due diligence, deal origination, and leasing strategies. Joshua holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
