Vincent Pedone

Vincent Pedone is the Senior Vice President of the NYC Region for Windsor Property Management and has over thirty years of real estate experience. He directs all aspects of residential operations in NYC, including Waterline Square, GID’s $2.5 billion project that opened in 2019.

Vincent began his career in 1992 as a paralegal and has since been a Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Associate Director before being hired in 2018 as Managing Director by Windsor. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and a Master’s degree from Montclair State University.
