W. Gardner Wallace

W. Gardner Wallace is the Chairman of GID and a member of the Executive Committee. He is also responsible for overseeing residential operations, real estate development and new opportunities in GID’s other activities.

From 1986 through 1997, Mr. Wallace worked in GID Acquisitions, most recently as Senior Vice President. There he bore direct acquisition responsibility for many of the properties acquired for GID’s first co-investment joint venture, Windsor Realty Fund I. Before coming to the Acquisitions Group, Mr. Wallace worked in property operations (serving twice as Senior Vice President), real estate development and non-real estate investment activities.

Mr. Wallace joined GID in 1982, after graduating magna cum laude from Princeton with a BA in Economics.
