Odaranile Alade.Y has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. In 2007, they started their career as a Hospitality Management professional at Kingstone Grand Suites. They held various roles at the company, including Front Office Supervisor and Food and Beverage Coordinator, until March 2015.
After that, they worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Green Legacy Resort (Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library) from March 2015 to June 2015. They then joined the Federal Capital Territory Administration as an Administrative Assistant/Education Secretary from November 2015 to October 2016.
Following their time at the Federal Capital Territory Administration, Odaranile worked at Bolton White Hotels and Apartments. From October 2017 to October 2020, they served as a Front Desk Officer/Guest Relations Officer, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and proforma invoices. In June 2020, they took on the role of Acting Apartment Manager, where they focused on increasing revenue, reducing operational costs, and improving front office operations.
Currently, Odaranile works as a Resident Manager at Gidanka, starting from February 2021.
Odaranile Alade.Y began their education at United Secondary School, where they obtained their SSCE degree. After that, they attended Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State from 2004 to 2006, earning a National Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Ilorin from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Relations. In addition to their formal education, Odaranile also completed the Jobberman Soft Skill Training program offered by Jobberman Nigeria in March 2021.
