Diane Jouffroy

Diane Jouffroy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Counsel at Gide Loyrette Nouel since January 2015, Diane has also held the position of Associate and participated in internships focused on M&A, private equity, and venture capital across various prestigious firms including Jones Day and Sidley Austin LLP. In 2024, Diane undertook a part-time secondment as a lawyer-in-house in the Venture Capital team at Eurazeo. Diane holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and multiple degrees from Université Paris Nanterre, specializing in business law and Anglo-American law.
