Olivier Diaz

Olivier Diaz is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel since April 2018, Olivier previously held the same title at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from January 2015 to March 2018, and at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier from September 2000 to December 2014. Early career roles include partnership at Linklaters and a position as an Associate at Siméon Moquet Borde.
