Olivier Loizon

Olivier Loizon is a highly experienced dispute resolution lawyer currently serving as a Partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel since February 2024. Previously, Olivier served as Co-Managing Partner at Viguié Schmidt & Associés from July 2017 to March 2024, following the merger of SLVF, a firm co-founded by Olivier, with Viguié Schmidt. Prior to this, Olivier held the position of Partner at SLVF from January 2012 to June 2017, and gained extensive experience at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where Olivier progressed from Intern to Associate, Counsel, and ultimately a key role before departing in December 2011. Olivier began a legal career interning in legal and tax matters at Unilever from September 2001 to June 2002. Educationally, Olivier holds a DEA in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II).
