Benjamin Gideon

Benjamin Gideon is a founding partner at Gideon Asen LLC since November 2020, bringing extensive legal expertise in medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home malpractice, civil rights, and personal injury trial law. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as a partner at Berman & Simmons from September 2003 to November 2020 and worked as an associate at Latham & Watkins from 2000 to 2003. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, obtained between 1998 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in government and philosophy from Cornell University, earned between 1989 and 1991.
