Lynette Chaudoin has over 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Lynette began their career in 2006 as the Workforce and Diversity Administrator at Boyd Gaming. In 2008, they moved to Martin Harris Construction as the Human Resources Administrator. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at the University of Arizona, Arizona Student Unions in two roles: Assistant Director of System Operations and Human Resources and Human Resources Project Manager. Most recently, they have been the Director of Project Services at Gideon Taylor Consulting since 2013, where they are responsible for the development of best practice guidelines, methodologies and automation techniques for mission critical production systems.
Lynette Chaudoin earned their Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Utah State University in 2006.
