Chris Latter

Chris Latter, M.S., is a seasoned Operations, Security, and Facilities Leader with over 25 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and infrastructure excellence within highly secure manufacturing environments. Currently, Chris serves as the Director of Physical Security, Audit & Compliance, and Director of Facilities & Infrastructure at Giesecke & Devrient, overseeing a secure production site and managing a 45-member security and audit team. Previous roles include management positions at Target, The TJX Companies, and Banana Republic, where Chris focused on corporate investigations and loss prevention. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lewis University and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field.
