Marcel Kampen

Marcel Kampen is a strategic leader currently serving as the Head of the Shared Services Center for North America at Giesecke+Devrient, a position they began in 2025. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions at RBC, where they managed operations for total rewards and procurement, overseeing significant budgets and global teams. Marcel earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance and a major in Economics from the University of Toronto, which they completed in 1999. Their experience also includes senior roles at TD and IBM, where they developed and implemented procurement strategies across substantial portfolios.
