Xingping Li has held various roles in human resources throughout their career, including positions at IBM as an HR Specialist and at Accenture as a Manager from 2004 to 2011. They further advanced their expertise as a Senior Talent Program Manager at Novartis between 2011 and 2015, and as Director of HRBP at Lenovo from 2017 to 2018.
