Alex Bourne

Alex Bourne has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Alex started their career as a Director at ACJL Consulting in 2015. From there, they moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Sky in 2016. In 2017, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Senior Java Developer. Alex then worked as a Senior Java Software Engineer at King in 2018. In 2019, they held several roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Capita, Holland and Barrett SEA, and BGC Partners. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Java Developer at IG, and in 2022, they became a Senior Java Software Engineer at Babylon. Currently, Alex holds the position of Engineering Lead at giffgaff, starting in 2023.

Alex Bourne completed a BEng & BCom degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Economics from the University of Birmingham between 1990 and 1994.
