Lisa Boyles has a diverse work experience. Lisa started their career in 2014 as a Communications Intern at Childreach International, where they were responsible for social media planning and publishing, as well as creating news content for the website. Lisa later became a Communications Executive, supporting the Head of Communications in delivering all communication materials. In 2015, Lisa was promoted to Communications Manager, where they managed the brand, communications, and marketing for Childreach International, overseeing internal and external communications, crisis management, and social media.
Lisa then worked as a Social Media Manager for AkzoNobel, where they achieved significant growth in engagement and implemented new modules. Following this, they freelanced as a Social Media Manager for their own company, Lisa Boyles Media, before joining giffgaff as a Senior Social Media Manager. In this role, they led social media strategy, paid brand social and online video media planning, and achieved impressive results in member satisfaction and NPS scores. Lisa then became the Go To Market Lead (Secondment) at giffgaff, where they successfully managed various trading opportunities and campaigns.
Lisa is currently working as the Go To Market and Media Lead at giffgaff, leading the team in delivering strategies and execution plans for Go To Market projects. Additionally, Lisa is responsible for channel agnostic media planning and optimizing media spend for 8-figure budgets. Lisa also drives member decision journey mapping onto campaigns and launches.
Prior to their professional roles, Lisa worked as an Event Coordinator at Brunel Volunteers and as a Receptionist for the Union of Brunel Students while studying for their masters degree. These roles involved facilitating volunteering opportunities and providing customer service and administrative support.
Lisa Boyles completed a BA in Film and Television Studies with First Class Honours at Brunel University London. Lisa then pursued an MA in Media and Public Relations, earning a Distinction also from Brunel University London. Additionally, Lisa obtained certifications such as Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, Advanced Social Advertising Certification from Hootsuite, Hubspot Academy Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy, Sprinklr Reporting Certification, Sprinklr Listening Certification, Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification, and Prince2 Foundation Certificate from PRINCE2online. More recently, Lisa completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson focusing on Management and Marketing. Lisa also obtained the #ChangeTheBrief Alliance Level 1 certification from Purpose Disruptors and the Equity Sequence certification from Tidal Equality. Lisa's most recent certification is the Sprinklr Research Analyst Pro from Sprinklr.
