Mark Vardy has a diverse work experience. Mark started their career at Loughborough University as a Students Helping Students. Later, they joined giffgaff where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Accountant Manager, and Commercial Finance Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Performance Media at giffgaff.

Mark Vardy attended Park House School & Sports College from 1999 to 2006, where they completed 4 A levels and 2 AS levels. Mark then enrolled at Loughborough University from 2006 to 2009, earning a degree in Sport Science and Mathematics. In 2010, they pursued a Mathematical Finance MSc degree at the same university, completing it in 2011. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and obtained a CGMA degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
