Mattia Battiston

Mattia Battiston is currently the Head of Software Engineering at giffgaff since September 2022. Prior to this, Mattia held positions such as Engineering Manager II at Pollen, Senior Engineering Manager at Bulb, and Software Development Manager at Tesco. With a background in Java development and Agile methodologies, Mattia has led teams in various companies, including Sky where Mattia was an Agile Team Leader and Software Developer. Mattia has experience redesigning legacy systems, managing complex projects, and introducing Agile practices to improve team efficiency.
