Brian Cardeccia

Brian Cardeccia, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Brian is currently the Director of Human Resources at Giffin, Inc, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Global Technology, Inc as an HR Manager from August 2017 to September 2019. Brian also has experience as a Consultant at YourSource Management Group, providing HR consulting expertise and designing employee handbooks and policies for various clients. From 2012 to 2013, Brian served as the Human Resource Manager at McLaren Macomb, overseeing contract administration and assisting with arbitration hearings and negotiations. Brian started their career at William Beaumont Hospital as a Sr. Human Resource Representative, providing guidance and counsel on HR issues. Brian has also held roles at Theramatrix as a Human Resources Generalist, and at Midwest Claims Service as the Vice President, responsible for overall operations and managing human resources.

Brian Cardeccia, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science in Human Resources/Labor Relations from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice and Human Resources from Oakland University. Brian also holds a Yellow Belt Certification from Beaumont University, and is a certified SHRM-SCP through SHRM.
